Update from Kyle

I played soccer this weekend.  I came REALLY close to scoring two times.   We only have ONE more soccer game left.  I signed up to play basketball next.  But, we get a break before basketball starts.

I have a cold this week. I talk funny.
I've been doing really good at school. I have gotten all my spelling words right on the last two tests. This week I think the words are hard, so I will practice before the test on Thursday.

I think I'm going to spend the night at Grandma's next weekend! Then the weekend after that we're going all the way to Indiana .. and I'll spend the night with Pawpaw and grandma there!

Quick Update

I got another goal at my last soccer game!  I love getting goals.  I wish our team would win.  But I'm still playing hard.

We went to Worlds of Fun and I thought it was awesome.  We stayed 'til it was dark! 

Friday is an early release day and the school carnival.  That will be fun.  I will write more later - I want Momma to take pictures of me playing soccer and put them on my blog.

Cool Stuff

I've been doing some really cool stuff.  Like, I went to a Chiefs game with my friend, Thalen.  Here's a picture of us with the Wolf:

1st Day of 1st Grade

Today I went to my school, and I had a fun time. And I like this week. And I like school. I got eat lunch at school for the first time. I had peanut butter and jelly with corn and milk. I saw Jack at recess and we played 4 square.

I like my MP3 player.

I like my soccer. My game is on Saturday (see schedule on right). I already had one practice and it was my first day. I liked it. My coach is name is Coach Brett.
And I like him as a coach. I like soccer. I like baseball, basketball too. I like sports. That's it.

My Experiment

We are learning about science at school. We ask lots of questions to find out things. Today, in show and share, we could bring our own experiment.
Here is mine. What do you think will happen? Come back after school -- and I'll tell you the "conclusion."

I'm Back!

I'm six.

I like playing my MP3 player - and singing real loud.  I'm going to update my blog music with some of my MP3 player favorite songs.

I like going to school.  I like learning.  I like to do music, art and PE.  PE is my favorite.  I'm learning about George Washington and Abrahan (editor note; that's how he says it, cute) Lincoln.   We read that George Washington was the 1st president and Abrahan (sic) was the 16th.

Basketball season ended last weekend.  Now soccer practice starts up and I will have soccer games soon.   I will post my soccer schedule here on my website when I get it.  My mom sponsors my team.  So we get to wear KCTV5 shirts.  We're the rockets.  

I'm already signed up for baseball too!  Not TBall this year - coach pitch.  That comes after soccer.  

I want it to be warm out so I can go play.  Mom says it has to be at least 30 degrees.  It's only 25.  So I am moping.
